Brooke Grove Foundation is seeking a motivated licensed administrator to serve as the Administrator at our Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. 

Brooke Grove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 190-bed facility on a CCRC campus. The Administrator will lead, manage, and support the operation of the entire facility and be a member of the Brooke Grove Foundation leadership team and participate in strategic and operational planning.  Working closely with the Regional Administrator, the Director of Nursing and the ADON, he or she will collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to actively promote quality healing, living and working environments for our rehab guests, residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic collaborator with a passion for learning and bringing out the best in others.  Candidates must also have experience leading and managing long-term care facilities and rehabilitative services, knowledge and understanding of nursing home regulations and hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license from the State of Maryland.
