Job Description

Brooke Grove Retirement Village is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our Admissions team.  The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the admissions process for the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and serves as back up for the Assisted Living admissions.  The Admissions Coordinator provides facility information, conducts interviews with prospective residents and/or family members, conducts tours, completes pertinent paperwork and finalizes admission arrangements to facilitate smooth transition to designated facility.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in long-term care facility and rehabilitative services.  The candidate must have excellent communication skills and active listening skills.  This is a full time 40 hours per week position.
